Generalidades

Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of processes to support the Shared Services Organization functions in a highly complex global environment.

Participate in the execution of business processes and delivery of services to internal and external customers that support the vision and strategy of the GTS and the company’s strategic business plans.

Manage end to end processes for specific assignments or business entities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality processes for internal and external GTS customers.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsible for providing customer service and executing end to end processes.
  • Coordination and continuous improvement of current business processes within the assigned functional area of the GTS organization.
  • Examining reports, receipts, or other documents and comparing them to company policies.
  • Resolving customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information.
  • Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of expense processing system(s).
  • Providing technical expertise on expense reporting systems including enhancements.
  • Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
  • Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Guide and direct employees of the Travel and Entertainment and / or Procurement card expense process ensuring they understand the process flow, submission requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Work closely with AP to ensure payments are processed on time.
  • Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
  • Bringing company strengths / weaknesses to the attention of management and providing advice as they develop responses or fixes for these issues.
  • Generating reports and presenting findings to management or other interested parties.
  • Recording, reviewing, and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of operations.
  • Working with multiple ERP systems.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, developing, and implementing new control systems that optimize operations.
  • Organize training sessions to ensure new employees receive appropriate training.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials for new employees.
  • Requerimentos

  • AAS degree or relevant work experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills.
  • Experience in SAP / Lawson.
  • Audit experience.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English.
