Job Description

NI's IAM team supports the infrastructure, tools and processes that manage the authentication and authorization services to our stakeholders.

We strive to improve the security of tangible and intangible assets while decreasing risk and generating operational efficiencies, time and money, and augmenting the compliance levels while providing consistent and reliable services to our consumer's authentication experiences


  • Participate in the design, implementation, and management of our identity ecosystem's lifecycle.
  • Work with internal and external application support teams to extend the use of our identity solutions via direct AD integration, SAML, RADIUS or other mechanisms
  • Support projects by delivering IAM designs and providing technical guidance on overall identity architectures
  • Participate in the deployment and support NI's PAM solution
  • Communicate regularly with technical and non-technical staff to ensure the availability, integrity and security of NI identities
  • Research, recommend, implement and support new IAM technologies and features
  • Improve and create processes thinking automation first
  • Plan and manage project tasks, schedules, and resources related to identity solution rollouts
  • Understand and adhere to NI's Policies to ensure auditability and compliance with industry standards (SOX, GDPR, etc.)
  • Development and maintenance of quality documentation relating to IAM deployments and operations
  • Own identity problems resolution from end to end
  • Provide 24x7 support when required, for emergencies and panned maintenances
  • Basic requirements

  • 3-5+ years of LDAP / AD Administration and GPO management experience
  • Strong experience with AZURE services, including Azure AD, Azure AD Connect and MFA
  • Experience with SSO integrations with Microsoft AD FS and Azure SSO or equivalent.
  • Proved strong PowerShell skills developing automation tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good stakeholder engagement.
  • DemonstratedDemonstrate strong organization skills and time management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks simultaneously and complete work within allocated time-frames
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time
  • Strategic, but also pragmatic, detail-oriented and willing to be hands-on
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Nice to have

  • 1+ years designing and administering IAM solutions and related security policies
  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles and processes
  • IdM Identity Management
  • AM Access Management
  • PAM Privileged Access Management
  • PKI Certificate Service
  • IT Security knowledge
  • Understanding of Web-based Authentication and MFA
  • SailPoint knowledge
  • Plus experience

  • Expireince with programing languages like Python and Groovy.
  • Experience working on AGILE environments oriented to DevOps.
  • Experience with integrations using API's
