Responsible for supporting human resources related duties, mainly focused in talent acquisition programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Create, and close requisitions; monitor and track applicants in ATS (e.g., Taleo); assist Talent Acquisition team on pre-screening resumes and sourcing candidates, update and modify employment contracts, request background check, medical tests, scheduling meetings and interviews (onsite, phone interviews, panel interviews, skype and others)
Send and track new hire checklist and files, confirm completion of activities before effective date
Perform Talent Acquisition administrative duties including : recording and updating processes files; referral program bonus and tracker, assist with HR scorecard and audits and special projects (continuous improvement, kaizen events, others)
Active participation in job fairs, open house and branding projects

Education and Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in Business Administration or related field , 2 years years experience of experience Required

Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Good ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English, required. Portuguese is a plus
Full knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and requirements as it relates to Human Resources administration.

Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives.
Full knowledge of MS Office Suite and HR systems (e.g. Peoplesoft, Taleo, Kronos).
