The Strategic Account Services (SAS) Learning and development team is seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed, high-ownership and data-driven Learning and Development Program Manager to support the growth of our organization.
The Learning and Development Program Manager (PM) must be able to Think Big and Dive Deep, and be skilled at managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with employees of all levels.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail and task oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
He / she will partner with our training team members and stakeholders to plan and oversee implementation and delivery of the training.
You will play a vital, strategic role in ensuring that learners have team has the learning programs and content needed to enable selling partner growth, selling partner satisfaction, learner satisfaction.
Must be able to facilitate high quality learner-focused programs which have informative content and engaging learning techniques and environment.
A successful candidate will leverage deep understanding of the business to translate business insight and strategies to skills and capabilities needed by the audience.
Key job responsibilities
Provide training sessions (classroom or virtual / remote) to support implementation of training programs.
Conduct analysis to identify key tasks / skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics.
Manage multiple development projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
Deliver scalable learning solutions that help us rapidly and effectively develop a team serving a cross-functional customer base.
Collaborate on innovative development programs that are anchored in multiple business units utilizing best in class training methodologies and modalities.
3+ years’ experience managing learning and development programs for adult learners.
Project management skills including, planning, managing details, partnering with internal stakeholders, and managing multiple projects.
Experience using problem solving and analytical skills to solver business problems and drive process improvements.
Excellent project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong training program management and adoption experience.
Experience with L&D systems and tools.
Passion for designing, developing, delivering, and measuring best in class training and development to contribute to team and customer success.
Experience assessing learning effectiveness to develop solutions that positively impact performance.
Experience implementing full training life cycle to improve organizational training initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.
Experience managing the design and development of assessments and certification or accreditation programs.
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational verticals.
Experience developing and / or managing training programs for a variety of audiences (account management, sales, technical roles, managers, leadership).
Knowledge of Retail and 3P Seller Business.
Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate or similar) and SCORM.
