In this role, you have the opportunity to
Manage the Training Area in order to assure that the training methods are correctly and effectly implemented to the team of Production Workers to achieve the quality of the products produced, the production yield and the timeliness of the deliveries.
You are responsible for
Perform process analysis and work methods in order to design, implement and improve effective training techniques
Develop technical training documents such as work instructions, instructor's guides, participant's guides, visual audio presentations and others.
Determine technical knowledge and / or development gaps through the application of training needs detection analysis tools.
Generate action plans to complete the detected training plans.
Develop evaluation plans to measure the effective and efficient application of training and / or development methodologies
Support the purchasing of equipment and tools in the training area
Analyze the best use of space in training areas and generate layouts
Collaborate in the documentation and inventory processes for the calibration and maintenance of the training area equipment.
Use and promote the use of instructions for manufacturing processes and other documentation related to productive activities and the quality system.
Participate in improvement projects in the training area assigned to them
Participate as an instructor in the induction process of the company when it is required
Provide support in transfer processes when it is required
Actively provide support in the cost saving programs Improve the training processes in general : learning curves, yield, output
Analyze the fulfillment of the training metrics and goals such as flexibility Implement lean initiatives in the Training area Lead improvement ideas programs

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Industrial Engineer, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent training or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
