Plans, coordinates and monitors the training procedure.
Manages the company's annual training plan, surveying the needs by areas, at the end of each year, proposing the program to be developed in the following period, and monitoring the different requested training sessions on a monthly basis, during the corresponding year.
to reevaluate the permanence of the need, the efficient development of the course, the correct management of the respective indicators, the updating and promotion of the collaborators' knowledge, and ensuring the closing of identified skills gaps.
Proposes and develops improvement actions, technical instruments and / or management of organizational changes required according to Human Resources management strategies, focusing efforts on those issues of greatest interest and impact for the organization, in order to ensure continuous improvement and a healthy work environment.
Analyzes Human Resources procedures related to training, recruitment and selection, administration of the work environment, skills, communication and organizational climate, investigating the different changes that occur in each one, proposing improvements and making the corresponding updates, to ensure that the information is always consistent with what really happens in each process and reality of the company.
Designs and monitors corporate social-environmental responsibility programs, coordinating with different institutions of social or environmental good to ensure that the activities to be carried out are in accordance with the objectives of the program established by the company.
Coordinates and defends, together with the Human Resources Manager, the internal and / or external audit processes, previously reviewing the actions required to close the corrective actions generated on any of the training, recruitment and selection processes, climate organizational, competencies, administration of the work environment and communication, providing evidence during the audit process, and clarifying queries about the development of procedures related to these processes.

Carries out other activities related to the position, in order to provide timely follow-up to the processes defined by the management or department.
