  • Job Description :
  • Responsibilities :

  • Answers calls or chats within the established parameters.
  • Responds to moderately complex customer questions and / or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
  • Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
  • Interfaces with team personnel, management, and customers about customer service issues.
  • Flexibility with schedule adjustments.
  • Any other tasks requested by Management
  • Education and Experience Required :

  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in English
  • Two or more years of customer service or other telephone and chat experience
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Experience working telephone technology
  • Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software Other Qualifications
  • Business and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow oral and written directions
  • Fluency in English.
