Delivery & Process Operations (DPO) is an area specialized in the continuous improvement of processes into the IT Operational landscape.
DPO assures IT Infrastructure Operations enter a virtuous cycle of improvement that leads them to leaner, more productive, efficient, reliable, predictable and adaptable working processes.
The main customers of DPO are Solution Owners & Component owners, Infrastructure Engineering and IT Infrastructure Operations and their Leadership Teams.
You are responsible to drive operational activities whenever required and provide support to IT Operations in IT Continuity, Compliance, IT Process Operations Support and Continuous Improvement / LEAN facilitation.

Drive efficiency by utilizing industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure operations.
Understand the importance of the compliance and best practices in regulated environments as part of an end to end quality management system.
Support and participate in data analysis to influence the proper decision making.

Operates certain ITSM Processes activities (For example, Maintenance Weekend Change Board, Problem Management forums, Change Advisory Boards)

For this position, the ideal candidate brings the following qualifications :
Lean / Six Sigma experience
Understanding of the service management concept, governance practices and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, DevOps, Scrum, and experience with some related industry tools.
Training and certifications will be positively valued
University Master / grade, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science Mathematics or related discipline.
Experience and / or knowledge of statistics, data analytics and business continuity will be very positively valued.
Excellent customer care skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent verbal and written English language skills are a must.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deliverables, and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of regulatory matters. Experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Management System is a plus.
Knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies (Cloud Computing, Big Data, Security, Voice & Data Networks, Enterprise-
class Storage, Servers, Middleware, Databases,...) and technology trends (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Big Data, etc).
5-9 years of professional experience in the area of IT and IT Infrastructure Operations.
Team player able to work in a large, multinational global organization.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships by sharing information, showing empathy, self-awareness, and self-
regulation in a Global environment.
Flexible working hours are necessary to accommodate occasional meetings across different time zones (mostly meetings in CTE time-zone).
Availability to travel abroad 20% of the time if required.
