Working as a valued member of the Human Talent Team you will contribute to, and support the Advisory Service Line.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to demonstrate initiative and vision, manage operational activities and identify opportunities for process improvement and Strategic decisions.

    To qualify for the role you must have

  • A post graduate qualification in a Business or Human Relations discipline is desirable.
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment where quality delivery and client service is key.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Leading edge knowledge of contemporary HR practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality output;
  • Proactive professional who can deliver an exceptional service to their clients;
  • Proven experience of managing projects that will allow you to deliver successfully
  • Strong analytical skills a methodical, problem solving mind-set, creativity and intellectual curiosity;
  • HR systems knowledge (PeopleSoft);
  • Able to establish credibility quickly and present information effectively both orally and in writing with senior stakeholders
