The Programmatic Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Programmatic campaign implementation. This involves managing multiple accounts, maintaining best practice implementation for optimization and campaign set up, also will be responsible for account portfolio management with other stakeholders such as planners and the client, so must be able to identify new opportunities or potential weaknesses limitations of strategies and communicate this effectively.
Develop a good understanding of the clients businesses and competitive set and actively lead Programmatic discussions with clients and internal teams.
Analyze the general KPIs and data in order to create general feedback and recommendations to the client. Oversee the team in their delivery ensuring that programmatic strategy and trading best practice and frameworks are adhered t.
o, and that the team is able to demonstrate continued account evolution. Train and support specialist campaign managers to increase knowledge across the department.
Identify areas of growth opportunities or limitations that exists for the team and clients business and generates business plans
Technical Knowledge High Experience in programmatic platforms and full understanding and management of the most important DSP platforms UIs and reporting functions, such as Sizmek, Mediamath, Centro, DoubleClick Bid Manager and experience with ad servers like Sizmek and DoubleClick Manager.
Experience with DMPs integrations.At least 3 years of leadership-management experience.
