functional services, provides functional expertise and ensures a continuous improvement of its process portfolio, together with the global Hub in Gdansk, Poland, the regional spoke APAC and local organizations across the globe.
As part of the Global Service Desk Operations team you will be the first level support instance for all end-users. You will take ownership of issues, service requests and demonstrates strong problem solving.
You and the team will consistently deliver effortless service that is tailored to the needs of our IT customers (users in retail, production, office internal and 3rd party employees (also for independent retailers in some countries) for a comprehensive set of hardware, software and devices) with outstanding attention to detail.
