Responsible to support daily and monthly maintenance activities such as opening, closing and / or updating systems elements (Accounts, Departments, Customers, Products, etc.
for Citi corporate systems and their related mappings.
Additionally, to support other Global functions for General Ledgers and Reporting Engines.
Provide excellent service to global customers on the assigned functions and systems which include performing the necessary troubleshooting, clean-
ups, queries resolution and support.
