Your Responsibilities :

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

  • Provide timely Finance service desk support to customers.
  • Use defined procedures for responding to customer calls, email and chats.
  • Maintain records of all calls from customers using designated Service Management tool.
  • Provide detailed documentation of all steps involved in resolving customer issues.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate department and personnel.
  • Keep incidents tickets updated daily.

    Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Advanced university student in Finance orAccounting careers.
  • 0-1 year experiencein areassuch as P2P,O2C, GL.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and use various tools simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge on SAP
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is highly desirable.
