Develops, improves and maintains the programs that supports the Sales and Marketing teams.
Works closely with Engineers, Customer Care and IT to resolve technical issues related to the redemption based programs.
Thrives on improving processes and infrastructure that involves the product delivery workflow to ensure a seamless customer experience, with a focus on improving conversion and retention.
Ensures processes are up-to-date and communicated to Adobe Internal customers via wiki pages.
