Description To provide project andresource planning support in a multi-project, multi-disciplined organization,active in the Process Control Industry.
This role is focused on purchasesrelated to the service orders. Responsibilities Work closely with ProjectManager(s) and Support areas to set-
up, implement and follow-up projects Purchases.To provide business levelinformation and specific reports to local Management to facilitateorganizational planning.
Provide on a regular basis financial level information to the Project Manager(s) on project status andfinancial assets such as (budgets, invoicing, inventory, sales etc.
To provide support in theprocurement process, working closely to Project Managers / Engineers and buyersto ensure efficiency in the buyouts requisitions.
Manage Buyouts acquisitions,control and track status / pricing / requirements. Create Purchase requisition andSales Orders into Oracle.
Track inventory and invoicingperiodically to ensure healthy cash flow in projects and Business Unit.To provide planning andcontrolling support for multi-
projects and develop forecasts using informationgathered from the various engineering / industry centers and Tools. Requirements
