The Opportunity
The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value, while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements.
The team drives global growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, trial and free customer conversion, add-on / up-sell and customer retention.
This role will build and implement a targeted and programmatic data-driven strategy for the Digital Media business, that increases product and service value for our paid customers, and subscription revenue and customer lifetime value for Adobe.
We are looking for a passionate growth manager to own strategic revenue driving initiatives across the Creative and Document Cloud.
What you’ll do :
Develop business cases for SaaS growth initiatives supported by financial modeling with market sizing and demand forecasting.
Develop a data driven operating model framework that establishes data architecture, targets, analysis and insights, and key business collaborators across the paid customer journey.
Improve and implement growth focused segmentation, propensity, and uplift models using advanced machine learning methods by partnering with data science, analytics, product and regional sales teams Partner with channel and growth teams to build targeted marketing campaigns to drive SaaS revenue growth across the post-purchase customer journeys.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to develop requirements for new technology initiatives that deliver conversion or retention benefit Partner with segment and regional GTM leaders to operationalize growth framework and implement strategies at scale globally.
Find opportunities to increase investments and / or resource allocation to unlock and accelerate business performance.
