Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are
Be a trusted and agile HR partner to leaders to drive Americas Hub people agenda and deliver against IPTc priorities. Maintain a strong understanding of the business, IPTc strategy and GSK in the context of HR activity to improve business performance.
Contribute to the delivery of business strategy by partnering with the Leadershio Team to adapt and lead initiatives across talent, culture, leadership and capability that will ensure business growth, now and in the future.
Hold leaders accountable for employee experience by partnering together to deliver against moments that matter
Lead culture transition with the LOC and regional leaders aligned with the New GSK Culture while coaching / guiding managers and employees on the journey
Lead initiatives that enable the organization to have the best leaders at all levels, with the right capabilities to motivate, focus, develop and care for the people and a culture of purpose and performance.
Partnering with HRBLs and COEs to drive best in class talent and workforce planning actions to build a high quality, diverse talent pipeline that supports business growth now and for the future.
Support talent rotation and motivate / develop teams to further enhance their career growths
Work with the business to identify specific risks and opportunities in the talent pipeline and put in place plans to address these e.
g. capability needs, breadth and depth of pipeline at all levels, quality of development planning, etc.
Provide expert HR support to transformation and projects that drive people impact.
Coach and challenge LTs to increase diversity through talent management and recruitment, challenging bias and identifying opportunities to develop and attract diverse internal / external talent
Use digital, data and analytics tools and processes to drive best in class leadership and organization effectiveness initiatives that contribute to the increased competitiveness of the Pharma business.
Basic Qualifications : We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :
At least 4-5 years of experience in HR across business partnering and other HR functions. Preferred experience of partnering leaders and delivering culture, talent, and development strategy for teams / functions.
Ability to lead and influence senior teams and stakeholders, across multiple functions.
Experienced professional who has developed a strategic and solid understanding of the people challenges that a business may face in competing effectively in the biopharma environment
Proven experience in developing and leading teams directly to deliver high quality outcome
Experience working in a highly complex organization within a matrixed structure, leveraging influence within a complex network of stakeholders, including senior business leaders
Extensive experience within fast-moving, complex and demanding environments, balancing operational delivery with strategic impact, while dealing with ambiguity
Experience of working with data to create insight and diagnose future organizational risks and opportunities
Good understanding of local HR related regulations and compliance including labor laws.
Good command of English language.
