The Lead Qualification primary responsibility is to help the USIS Sales Organization. This will be achieved by supporting the sales force in the following areas : proactive marketing, Lead Qualification, preparation of perspective and documentation based on the prospect.
The team member will also be coordinating with sales representatives to track sales opportunities after marketing campaigns.

Requirements and / or Experience :
Minimum of 1 year within Equifax C.R.
English level B2+
Knowledge and Experience on customer service is a must .
Perform inbound and outbound calls and being able to maintain a fluent conversation and understand the needs of the caller.
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
Knowledgeable of rules and policies implemented for the process.
Able to log information within client databases such as Sales Logix or Siebel.
Ability to build rapport with customers and work peers.
Ability to effectively and proactively educate and present solutions to clients in an organized and thoughtful manner via phone.
Possess excellent verbal communication skills at all levels within an organization.
Previous Sales and / or Account Management experience.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with other internal partners.
Possess entrepreneurial, positive, and proactive attitude in all facets of work.
Effectively manage clients to ensure satisfaction thru difficult situations.
Work with light supervision.
Team Player, Adaptable, Proactive.
Excellent people skills (soft skills)
Basic MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or University preferred (is a plus).
Must have :
Be on good standing (-No disciplinary actions within the last 3 months. Not been part of a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan))
