As a member of the Fraud & Identity Support team, you will be responsible for the implementation and operational support of Experian Fraud and Identity Customer Solutions in our managed hosting environment and in customer hosted solutions.
Employees in this role primarily support and maintain the application servers our customers use within their solutions. This is a hands-on position that will require directly interacting with customers and other internal teams performing system analysis, build deployment and automation, solution design, system configuration maintenance activities.
The successful candidate is a senior level resource and will possess a solid understanding of enterprise environments including VMware virtualization and be able to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, configuration and operational problems across the VMware, Linux platforms.
Knowledge of multiple vendor technologies and platforms including VMware, Oracle, Linux variants (SLES11, RHEL6 / 7) and SQL queries and supporting Java as well as scripting languages such as Python and Ansible.
Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage assignments independently.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or equivalent career experience in a related technical field.
Experience in performing datacenter implementations and deployments or related field (minimum 5+ years) is required.
Experience in application server support and administration (minimum 5 years) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal is required.
Ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting / diagnostic skills, think analytically while working in a fast paced IT environment is required.
Experience supporting and working on managed hosting environments is a strong plus.
Proven ability to provide high customer satisfaction in situations with direct customer interaction.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate highly technical information to business oriented audiences.
Ability to perform multiple functions and operate in dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Hands-on technical experience desired in the following areas :
Advanced experience with Linux Operating Systems (RHEL)
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Experience with AWS (ec2, ecs, s3, lambda, vpc)
Experience with Dynatrace. Creating advanced dashboards and alerts is a big plus.
Experience with Splunk. Creating advanced searches, reports and alerts is a plus.
Experience with using SQL Server including performing complex queries is required.
Experience with SQL profiling for performance enhancements is a plus.
Experience with supporting web services is a strong plus. General knowledge of XML, SOAP, HTTP.
Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
Experience with performance tuning in a distributed environment is a plus.
Experience with scripting / automation knowledge of Linux shell scripting (sh / bash).
Experience with Confluence and documentation.
Understanding of ITIL concepts preferred.
