The Car & Driver Program Specialist manages US Car stipend program for the commercial force providing administrative support (including but not limited to : employee enrolment, policy compliancy, monthly stipend calculation, and imputed tax analysis) listed in the SOP.
The Car & Driver Program Specialist will serve as an internal subject matter expert on the Car & Driver program, providing general guidance based on Car & Driver policy.
Also supports other T&E functions such as Concur processing for the US, providing Global tier 2 support to end-users and Concur Audit review when required.
Car Stipend Program AdministrationUnited States Support- Resolve within established SLA Car & Driver requests and questions submitted thru Service Now platform.
On-board & Off board in the Car & Driver Program of US Sales Representatives on a weekly basis based on standard of procedures.
Guarantee documentation provided by employees for enrolment is in alignment with Car & Driver policy guidelines.- Support Concur Expense Help Desk Tier 1 escalations when related to Car & Driver activities.
Calculate monthly stipend payment for Car & Driver members based on standard procedures.-Coordinate with Payroll team the monthly stipend payment for Car & Driver members.
Serve as main point of contact for escalations, system issues, complaints and other Car & Driver matters when required.-Support process improvement projects as needed in the areas of customer experience, drive cost savings, program organization with other related departments.
