TE Connectivity's Integrated Marketing team designs, executes and reports on multichannel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand, enable sales, provide customer insights and increase employee engagement through the ownership of all components of campaign development, implementation and measurement as well as ensuring our various channels and messages are working together to consistently articulate the value of TE to our customers, employees, partners and influencers.
They create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels (advertising, public relations, digital / social media, collateral and events), ensuring the alignment of campaign strategy with overall marketing strategy and business priorities.
They monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure TE consistently implements successful promotional campaigns and programs and are responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements, working closely with Business Units and Center Communications teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging.

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate a high volume of marketing programs that support a variety of global stakeholders across multiple businesses, balancing multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities across a shared resource pool in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
Collaborate with business unit marketers and functional leaders to develop joint strategies for growing share in target markets and applications leveraging direct and indirect channels, while improving marketing ROI
Design and execute GTM strategies and campaign plans that drive critical business growth - testing rapidly and deploying at scale aligned to customer lifecycle, buying groups and personas
Partner closely with other marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure an optimal customer experience throughout the buyer’s journey, align enterprise, SMB, channel, and cross-BU campaigns, deliver a consistent and integrated voice for TE, execute campaign targeting and execution with continuous improvement in business results
Deliver customer analysis, segmenting customers into target groups and deploying precise marketing tactics based on actionable insights.
Own tactical activity in support of business unit application campaigns and product marketing activities with TE distribution partners including coordination with other growth marketing activity
Create content for TE distribution partners to maximize value and contribute to overall success criteria; implement reviews and make process improvements
Partner closely with channel sales and marketing teams to better leverage indirect marketing tools at our channel distribution partners for incremental revenue growth
Track, review and analyze data related to campaign performance, SMA funnel metrics, channel performance, and distributor analytics - presenting results to illustrate insights and enable decision-making
Creation of sales enablement tools and training programs for BU, Solution Center, and Channel teams
Work collaboratively with Transportation Solutions marketing teams, external freelancers, vendors and agencies
Support other Transportation Solutions marketing-related projects as required
Educational Degree : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Marketing required. MBA preferred.
At least five to seven years marketing experience is required.
Previous global experience is required.
Experience in B2B, and electronics or technology as part of a multi-national business preferred.
Proven expertise in B2B performance marketing, including digital marketing (SEM / SEO / Social), media planning / buying, campaign development / management, email nurturing and analytics.
Fluency in English is required.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required.
Must have the ability to work with many levels of the organization, addressing the communication, collaboration and reporting needs at each level.
