About the Role :
Hands-on Java application support engineer responsible for providing production and technical support, rotating on-call, project participation, and business continuity support for the Internal and Web Services applications.
The candidate will have detection and troubleshooting of issues that affect delivery of services across multi-tier platforms : a solid grasp of Unix / Linux, Java, shell scripting, and Oracle operations is required.
The ideal candidate has a superb communication skills, as we periodically work with clients, vendor and business partners.
