This role is for a person with high energy, passion and aptitude for transforming and automating Manufacturing and Technology Organization (MTO) Finance processes by taking a broad end-to-end view.

It entails creating and driving an innovative vision to connect data and systems and redesign processes to enable smooth and seamless execution of finance close and planning deliverables giving those involved a positive experience.

Additionally, this role will help develop and oversee roadmap for leveraging the Finance Enterprise Services (FES) organization to standardize and consolidate high volume tasks so as to focus MTO analyst time and effort on data analysis and providing decision-useful business insights.

We are looking for a candidate that has the following behavioral traits :

Excellent planning, organizing and program management skills

Passion for process transformation (ideally Lean Six Sigma certified)

Ability to problem-solve in ambiguity

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting

5+ years of relevant Finance experience

Basic-to-Intermediate knowledge of finance close and forecast processes

Advanced Excel / Power BI skills

Advanced English level

Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
