The Opportunity

The Sr. Manager of the Field Technology Business Change Management Office (CMO) manages a team of Business Change Managers (BCMs) who help our end users prepare for and adopt technical driven changes for pivotal initiatives.

The BCMs focus on the how technology implementations impact end users and the business teams we support. As the Sr. Manager, you would drive the hiring, planning, managing of this team.

Leading the CMO team requires both strategic and tactical approaches to ensure we deliver value on time and drive adoption.

The Sr. Manager is required to lead and demonstrate the standard Change Management methodology across all team members, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.

They will interact with IT, Sales Ops, and business partners throughout the Program Lifecycle.

  • process; and technology impacts to end users based on system implementations, this may be the job for you. Join the team responsible to improve Adobe's field selling organization's technology platform.

    This role will work with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of technical programs and help our customers understand and adopt changes that these improvements create.

    What you'll Do

  • Hire and onboard new team members.
  • Drive the team to meet results.
  • Ensure consistency in change strategy / approaches across the portfolio.
  • Coach the team on industry standard processes.
  • Author materials for senior leadership to further understanding of end user impacts.
  • Work internally within a matrixed, Sales Operations organization, as well as with various cross-functional teams at Adobe to complete and implement the plan.
  • Aggregate, organize, and communicate project information with internal customers and extended teams.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Masters in Business or Technology or 15 years of equivalent practical experience in leading organizations through change.
  • Be a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge, clearing obstacles with a resourceful and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to operate with guidance on new projects.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to details, balanced with the ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill it down to the essentials.
  • Focus on doing what’s right for the business.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and act in a lead role as a subject matter specialist, within a team environment to meet goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
  • Maintain a high energy and positive outlook, with a contagious sense of humor that helps you to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Strong interest in learning new technologies and understanding how these will help the business.
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $133,500 - $173,400

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
