The Order Entry Analyst will perform tasks that will help improve the order service levels This is an entry level position that requires a balance of attention to details and speed.

Primary functions include data entry and processing of orders, and related activities and requests. The Order Entry Analyst will be working with multiple systems that he or she needs to update timely and accurately.

He or she will be in contact with internal customer care personnel.


  • Receive and process customer request for quote and orders.
  • Using the established standards, check that all information supplied by the customer is correct and complete to ensure the customer receives the product they need and at the time they need it
  • Accurately upload, enter, and book order in business systems.
  • Maintain updated customer information in business systems and other databases. Collect and save needed documentation to ensure compliance with record retention and documentation procedures
  • Assist other customer care personnel with correction of order and quote entry errors.
  • Understand and consistently apply commercial policies and business practices related to quote and order entry process
  • Ensure compliance with import / export, contract and government requirements. Screen orders and quotes for compliance with the business unit Terms and Conditions, Agreements and standards
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Requirements

  • Education : High School diploma is required
  • Experience : at least 1 Year of Customer service, data entry experience, or other related experience
  • Experience as a member of a fast paced, customer-centric company where there was a spirit of teamwork between peers, a direct sales force and representative selling organizations, preferred
  • Good written and oral communication skills (B2 English Level). If required good communication skills in Portuguese (only for Brazil operations)
  • Solid prioritizing and organizational skills along with being a self-starter
  • Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency for using Windows & MS Office applications is a must
  • Willing to work on flexible shift schedule based on business needs
