Job Description
Program Aurora is a K-C digital business transformation investment to ensure that K-C remains a top-tier global consumer product company.
The program does three things :
Creates new enabling systems across K-C's Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and GBS
Builds a new digital platform, upgrading and modernizing our current SAP system (SAP S / 4HANA) as well as further surround systems (Connected Capabilities)
Simplifies and standardizes global processes, data and analytics.
Aurora will make our company more agile and flexible, better able to leverage scale and respond to emerging channels, improve revenue, reduce costs and improve efficient use of working capital.
Change enablement is a signature capability that will determine the overall success of Aurora and will be a key driver to deliver value to the enterprise.
This will be achieved by creating, implementing, and refining change management strategies to enable the business teams to focus on profitably growing our business.
Main Purpose of Role :
The primary responsibility is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to key Aurora initiatives.
The change consultant will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with, the changes that impact employees.
Success will be achieved by effectively developing and deploying change management tools, standards and capabilities for the global process management teams working on Aurora and with a change network of individuals identified to support from the business.

Preferable technical experience of working in a S4 / HANA environment and with process specific connected technologies.
