Job Description

Program Aurora is a K-C digital business transformation investment to ensure that K-C remains a top-tier global consumer product company.

The program does three things :

Creates new enabling systems across K-C's Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and GBS

Builds a new digital platform, upgrading and modernizing our current SAP system (SAP S / 4HANA) as well as further surround systems (Connected Capabilities)

Simplifies and standardizes global processes, data and analytics.

Aurora will make our company more agile and flexible, better able to leverage scale and respond to emerging channels, improve revenue, reduce costs and improve efficient use of working capital.

Change enablement is a signature capability that will determine the overall success of Aurora and will be a key driver to deliver value to the enterprise.

This will be achieved by creating, implementing, and refining change management strategies to enable the business teams to focus on profitably growing our business.

Main Purpose of Role :

The primary responsibility is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance to key Aurora initiatives.

The change consultant will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with, the changes that impact employees.

Success will be achieved by effectively developing and deploying change management tools, standards and capabilities for the global process management teams working on Aurora and with a change network of individuals identified to support from the business.

Role Accountabilities :

  • Work with K-C Aurora team and 3rd Party providers to develop change enablement plans (change management, communications and learning / skilling tools including agile, standards and capabilities) for the Aurora program
  • Employ change readiness activities, including change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness assessments.
  • Work with others in the Aurora Change Management Office (CMO) and extended change networks in the business to create and apply actionable deliverables for these projects.
  • Support Global Capability Owners, Process Owners / Aurora Program Team, leveraging flexible, third party resources and specialists to drive execution of global projects within Aurora
  • Apply structured CM methodologies to lead global and regional change management activities.
  • Effectively partner with other Enterprise functions such as Communications, Learning & Development and HR to ensure alignment with Enterprise strategic implementation
  • Lead, devise, and implement goals, objectives, milestones, and performance measures to assess an organization’s success in implementing change.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications related to local and regional change, focusing on stakeholder management and strategic / leadership communications.
  • Consult and coach regional and global leaders and customers, to build CM capabilities within their teams.
  • Provide input to, document requirements of, and support the design and delivery of learning, skilling and training programs.
  • Provide visible measurement and reporting of change and improved change outcomes readiness, adoption and sustainability of change
  • The individual :

  • Highly motivated individual or is a self-starter and takes ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Hands on" experience leading and supporting technical and process change programs / projects preferably through a major ERP implementation program / project
  • Knowledge of digital processes and technologies
  • Consistent track record of delivering results while creating / maintaining an engaged work environment
  • Active engager - formulates influence strategy; demonstrates interpersonal diplomacy, ability to move others toward a common vision or goal
  • Leverages experience in analyzing relevant data and assessing implications of alternatives; differentiates assumptions, perspectives, and historical frameworks - challenges the status quo and provide fact-based insights
  • Creates customer-focused practices, challenges paradigms
  • Strong organizational, change management and execution skills
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Flexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situations
  • Comfortable delivering in a global pressured environment with ability to prioritize and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preferable technical experience of working in a S4 / HANA environment and with process specific connected technologies.

  • International hours of work and / or travel may be required

  • Professional and degree qualification (Business administration / Communication / Psychology are preferred) change management qualification (e.g. PROSCI)
  • 8+ years relevant business experience with demonstrated "people & project "success
  • Fluent in English Required (Additional languages desirable)
