As an Enterprise Channel Manager (ECM) within Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization, you will Cosell with Microsoft partners (Systems Integrators, Advisory firms and Independent Software Vendors) in a portfolio of Enterprise accounts to accelerate the customer’s digital transformation.
Some of the core accountabilities of an Enterprise Channer Manager (ECM) are :
Develop, nurture and influence the industry and solution partners to drive customer adoption of Microsoft Cloud Platform.
Acquire New Logos on Microsoft Cloud working with the broad partner ecosystem.
Lead the adoption of Microsoft’s B2B Marketplace within the assigned portfolio of accounts.
Orchestrate across various Microsoft teams such as Enterprise Sales, Partner Management, Go-to-Market and Technical to ensure partner offerings are aligned to customer requirements.

Revenue growth delivered via partner Cosell
New Enterprise customers added to Microsoft Cloud platform
Adoption of B2B Marketplace within customers and partners
Effective collaboration between stakeholders from different parts of the business to create demand, bring new ideas to market and generate trust with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Required / Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of delivering results in entreprise channel sales through business development, management consulting, large account selling or business management roles.
Track record of collaborating and orchestrating teams spread across multiple geographies and time-zones.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working at a hyper-scaler cloud company is an asset.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business preferably with MBA.
