ResponsibilitiesExcellent customer issue resolution focus related to online inshop orders, insurance and replacements, warranty, etc.
Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information.Demonstrate interpersonal skills and is able to provide empathy for the customers situation good understanding andor active listening capabilities, knows how to probe and to get relevant information.
Ensure on meeting daily KPIs.Independently able to identify and troubleshoot, document and categorize customer inquiriesrequests.
Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent Verbal Written Communication B2 EnglishHigh School degree or equivalent.Good Analytical SkillsCustomer Focused attitude.
At least 12 months of retail Omnichannel ecommerce experience focusing product support, warranty and customer experience.
