Do you enjoy planning, strategizing, or coming up with solutions? VMware is seeking interview schedulers to join our dynamic, remote coordination team.

We will train successful candidates and provide the tools and resources to get you started as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Success in the Role : We provide two weeks of training where you will have the opportunity to shadow several interview schedulers, mentor with a team lead and meet with several staffing partners to understand the business unit you will be supporting.

What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly? Interview scheduling takes a high level of organization, a customer service mindset and effective communication.

Talent Acquisition Coordinators are aligned to 2-5 recruiters and receive on average 8-10 requests per day.+ Coordinating / scheduling all phases of the interview process.

  • Schedule interviews via Telephone, Zoom and Video Conference for candidates and interviewers globally.+ Communicate with potential candidates / applicants, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and other Human Resource professionals in multiple time zones globally+ Enter, update, and maintain interview data.
  • Confirm interview dates and details with candidates.+ Communicate professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy at all times.
  • Respond to changes in schedules and communicate these to the candidates and / or interviewers.+ Work on Staffing Operations projects as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks that support the recruitment function.+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • What is the leadership team like for this role? What are the structure and culture of the team? Talent Acquisition Coordinators will report to one of three leads in the AMER region on a team comprised of over 25 coordinators.

    Where is the role located? This role is remote and will not be assigned to a fixed office location. This means it could be done anywhere with a strong internet connection and limited distractions.
