Description

Position PurposeOrder to Cash Senior Collector is accountable for assisting Junior collectors and Supervisor on complex collections cases.

In addition, this position is responsible of providing required service levels to internal and external customers by planning and controlling the tasks assigned to Junior collectors and helping them to identify and eliminate future past due balances and correcting root causes that could be prevented in order to reduce the number unnecessary open invoices.

This includes absorbing the responsibility of the collector’s responsibilities in their absence or due to fluctuation of workload.

Team management and leadership skill are highly recommended for this positionPrincipal Accountabilities 65%Manage past due portfolio accounts according to established collection strategies.

Document customer contact and correspondence regarding delay of payment. 35%Partner with Collections Supervisor in order to manage the Junior Collectors, helping with the supervision of processes, policies and procedures, providing support and assistance to team members.

Additional responsibilities includes support and guidance to employee on the resolution of issues and overall team communication, troubleshooting and researching alternative solutions

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of working experience in Collections Business to Business.
  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, business administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook, etc).
  • Intermediate Excel : Pivot table, Concatenate, Lookup, Formulas.
  • Working experience in Shared Service Center.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving.
  • Proficiency in English B2+.Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Proficiency in power point presentations.
  • SAP Experience
  • JDE Experience
  • Advanced Excel
  • Operations
