This position is responsible for research and development in the areas of computer vision and computer graphics with emphasis on innovation for advancing state-of-the-art technology for developing complex algorithms for reconstruction, modeling, animation, and visualization of human faces in 3D and 4D.
Focus includes development of novel computer vision and computer graphics algorithms with the goal of providing cost-effective and high visual quality solutions for Sony products and production pipelines.
As a Staff Research Engineer , you will also be responsible for writing invention disclosures for developed algorithms, and working with patent attorneys to secure intellectual property.
