The challenge
Are you passionate about guiding teams to improve people’s experiences in today’s digital world? The Enterprise Productivity organization is seeking an enthusiastic, autonomous, and multifaceted Senior Product Manager to establish technologies and techniques that will help Adobe’s teams realize their vision through insight-driven decision-making.
You will act as product owner and will consult on methods, design, and analysis to gather holistic business insights for our business operations teams across the enterprise.
Define the vision and roadmap for Adobe’s Employee Success Platform capability, which facilitates Adobe’s employees ability to get their work done in the most efficient ways.
The ESP product line consists of the number of employee facing capabilities. For example : Workspace Store (WSS) provides Adobe employees a centralized shopping experience with easy to navigate activities, enabling them to get what they need in the most efficient way
Provide support to internal partners, including data & research collection design, change management consulting, post-research data analysis and interpretation, executive presentations, action planning consulting.
Responsible for feedback loop with Adobe’s Business Operations teams.
