Job Summary This is a technical Support position within Business Customer Care supporting Mortgage related requests via email and phone The support required by the team is 24X7 365 days per year Duties and Responsibilities Properly assess and handle all incoming calls and emails Document all issues completely and accurately via call tracking software Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts Handle data entry verification and scripting requests in between calls Provide website support Meet all established quality targets Handle any additional assignments as needed Required Competencies Must possess excellent written and verbal skills Must be proficient in Word and Excel Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi task Must have a proven ability to research and problem solve Tier 2 level and prior technical support experience is a must Qualifications 3 5 Years experience in a senior level support position 2 year Degree preferred Primary Location CRI Heredia Function Function Customer Service Schedule Full time
