Job Description Summary

The HR Services Professional is responsible for the delivery of a broad spectrum of human resources services. The individual will deliver accurate and timely administrative support to internal and external stakeholders by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legislative governances while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Description

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve cross-departmentally to ensure swift case resolution for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end administration of offer package to new hires; including the creation, distribution, and collection of the ratified contract within a specified timeframe.
  • Execute onboarding activities for new hires, including the initiation of background checks, drug screens, pre-placements physicals and employment verification.
  • Monitor status of activities to ensure new hires complete all steps expeditiously, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • Any other tasks assigned.
  • Requirements

  • English is a must (B2+ and higher)
  • Technical / Bachelor education or equivalent. Preferred area of study : Bussines Administration or any other profession related to HR.
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Administration or an HR Shared Service Center environment, preferably within a Global Organization.
  • HR Administration (contracting, onboarding and termination).
  • Experience following SOP’s of a global organization.
