Drive and oversee License Compliance Cases to closure, in collaboration with Sales and Channel Partners in North America.
Engage with customers and Non-Compliant targets to resolve licensing discrepancies and ensure full compliance with licensing agreements.
Provide guidance to team members and Channel Partners on engagement and negotiation strategies.
Leverage systems and data analytics to develop and prioritize Compliance cases.
Partner with systems and forensics team to develop comprehensive and compelling cases in front of customer organization.
Investigate, review and qualify infringement data with the objective to action cases.
Collaborate with vendors and partners in developing best practices.
Drive systems strategy, infrastructure requirements in support of scaling the escalation process.
Oversee and manage escalations from worldwide team members to settle unresolved Compliance cases.
Experience :
Proficient with customer engagement and managing sensitive external communications in a software compliance context.
Strong written and verbal communication : Adept in communications and organizational awareness with External (Customers) and Internal stakeholders
Experienced in client negotiations, related to establishing and resolving audit findings and licensing discrepancies toward the purchase of software.
Proficient in data analytics / reporting, data mining and program management.
Ability to interface and collaborate well with other department stakeholders.
Detail oriented in producing high-quality deliverables for an executive audience.
Proficient in use of Excel
Experience with databases or record repository applications including SFDC
Working experience with forensic tools used by compliance industry - Desirable
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree, emphasis in Business : Accounting and / or Information Systems (Preferred)
Minimum 5-7 years of Software / Intellectual Property audits at a software license compliance department (preferably with Big 4 accounting firm experience)
Bi-Lingual communication at business level - Desirable
