The Amazon Business Marketplace launched in 2015, with the goal of serving business and institutional customers from-operators all the way to large multinational corporations.

Our goal is to help our customers configure their Amazon Business accounts to maximize productivity and profitability benefits we can bring to their purchasing processes.

In the Amazon Business Marketplace, customers have access to millions of business-priced items, as well as the entire Amazon.

com marketplace. We offer additional features like Business Prime, workflow and approvals management, detailed reporting, shared payment methods and tax exemption certifications.

Amazon Business is looking for a manager to manage our new sales Telemarketing Team. This team will support all industries by educating existing and new customers on Amazon business via outbound outreach (warm leads), and passing them to Customer Advisors to maintain and grow the relationship. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing Amazon Business Customer Representatives throughout ramp and ready states
  • Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment under pressure where high performance is expected and with short deadlines
  • Managing projects processes and programs to improve team- and site-level performance against key operational metrics.
  • Accountability for meeting and / or achieving production and performance goals.
  • Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.
  • Solving complex customer interactions and proactively detect negative trends.
  • While always placing the customer first, lead the team to Deliver Results by executing daily, weekly, and monthly targets in support of operating objectives
  • Understand and mechanize the inputs and outputs of the business
  • Constantly strive to raise the bar in terms of talent, execution, process design, goals, and incentives
  • Take an Ownership role in the continued build-out and documentation of infrastructure and process of acquiring and on-boarding Amazon Business customers, balancing strong and standard execution with Invent & Simplify
  • Present results in weekly and monthly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years management experience leading a team of 10+
  • Demonstrated strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with customers and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to make positive recommendations and implement new ideas to fix negative behaviors
  • Proven strong analytical and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to explain technical details in simple terms
  • Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment under pressure where high performance is expected and with short deadlines goals
  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and network members from different departments
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
  • Working knowledge of B2B procurement processes, and experience working with senior management in large organizations
