We are looking for a smart, passionate candidate with experience in process improvement and project management to join our new Process Improvement Team.
This team will use continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce costs across the ERC’s operations workflow.
As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will focus on continuous process improvement mechanisms and work cross-functionally to create standards of operational excellence within the organization.
You will maintain close relationships with our global HR service and policy teams to understand our highest priority pain-points and opportunities.
You will study, learn, and diagnose HR processes, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, prescribe improvement strategies, guide the improvement effort, and measure outcomes.
