The Infrastructure Intermediate Technology Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for dealing with Web Hosting technical activities, such as environment maintenance, technical guidance, engagement in projects and security-
related activities. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge and identified policies to process data, resolve issues and execute administrative tasks.
Provide thought leadership for Distributed & Web technical solutions for ICG business;
Collaborate with client managers, project managers, applications and infrastructure teams to plan and coordinate changes;
Manage technical deliverables for projects according to high quality standards;
Establish and maintain effective incident contact procedures;
When incident contact procedures do not work, act as primary escalation for problems and incidents;
Accountable for root cause analysis for Severity 1, Severity 2 and chronic recurring incidents;
Resolve moderately complex problems / projects through analysis, technical experience, and precedents; provide analysis for more complex issues, escalating as appropriate;
Complete control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit, etc.) and makes recommendations for enhancements;
Assist in systems implementation / enhancements and post implementation activities;
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level IT projects in web technologies (WebSphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, IIS / .net);
Demonstrated experience supporting Web Infrastructure products in a business critical environment;
Experience with issues facing large scale server environments;
24x7 operational support experience;
Certification in web technologies a plus;
Familiarity with MQ-Series or similar messaging products;
Familiarity with Oracle, or similar database products such as Sybase or SQL Server.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Strong customer and quality-focus is a must;
Sound problem resolution, judgment, decision-making and influencing skills required;
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
Excellent English communication skills both written and oral;
Bachelor / University degree in computer science (or other related) or equivalent work experience.
