WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You’llbeexecuting researchto inform earlystrategic direction through post-releasemeasurement.
You’ll be responsible for implementing and tracking UX health metrics so that we are constantly improvingtheuser experience for our customers.
You’llidentify common journeys andpatterns in user behaviorbringing together data fromanalytics toolswithqualitativeinsights.
You’ll helpshapethe use of analytics within UXand work with partner teamsintegrate datainto product dashboards.
You’llscopeand executeresearchusingmethodsappropriate forthe research questions andrealistic givenbusiness constraints.
You’ll generate insights that influence product and design strategy both tactical and long-term decisions.
You’llcollaboratecross-functionally with product management,UX design,data science, engineering, and marketing, involvingstakeholdersin every stage of your research.
You’ll track, communicate, and evangelize insightsfromyour research to the larger organization.
You’ll thrive incomplexity / ambiguityandpersevere when projects encounter challenges.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Expertise with product analytics (using behavioral data to reveal usage patterns and insights).
Expertise in multivariate statistics and design of experiments.
Expertise in descriptive and inferential statistics.
Experience with survey design and analysis, sampling, and bias correction.
Experience visualizing data with insightful charts and visuals.
Experience surfacing insights on dashboard. Experience with Tableau is preferred.
Experience and comfort using product analytics tools ( Google Analytics / Pendo).
Experience in a programming language used for data manipulation and statistics (Python / R) and SQL.
Experience with qualitative methods (moderated and unmoderated usability studies).
Experience working with a UI / UX design and product teams is preferred.
Experience in B2B and / or AdTech is a plus.
