Job Description : Create the SOW and Financial file of the project. Lead the planning and implementation of project. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.

Define project tasks and resource requirements. Develop full scale project plans. Assemble and coordinate project staff.

Owns and manages the project budget. Manage project resource allocation (ramp-up / ramp-down). Plan and schedule project timelines.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Provide direction and support to project team. Provide feedback to each resource at the end of the project.

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions with customer.

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Project evaluations and assessment of results.

Regular project reviews and business reviews with Customer teams. Conduct lessons-learned post-implementation reviews. Daily communication and project collaboration with the Operational teams.

Adhere to organizational standards (CMMI L3). International travel approx. 25% of the time. Required Skills and Experience 3 7 years’ experience, Bachelor's (undergraduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineer or industry related discipline as a minimum.

3 - 5 SAP experience as Project Manager or SAP Consultant. Ability to work independently within a framework Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal Strong Project management skills, PMP certification desired SAP ERP / Hanna certification desired Efficient in leading large, multidisciplinary teams of technical and business professionals in a virtual environment.

Focused on Customer satisfaction Detail and process oriented Sensitivity to cultural differences Able to work under pressure (tight schedule, changing schedule) Ability to solve difficult problems Able to work in highly complex environments Able to adapt to change Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Leadership, ability to represent DXC and establish credibility Understanding of different project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, CCPM) and maturity models (CMMI, OPM3).
