The Opportunity

As a Manager, Talent Operations focusing on Talent data and Insights, you are a key contributor to the optimization of the Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion (TD&I) teams.

Leading a new and growing team, you will be responsible to help build the strategic plan, provide data and insights to deliver on our business goals, and continuously improve our operational excellence for Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has experience in Talent Acquisition systems & workflows and telling stories with data.

What you’ll do

  • Grow, develop and lead a team of Talent Program Managers
  • Build the foundation for a data-driven organization by developing organizational KPIs, metrics, reporting and data analytics to track progress, drive decisions and determine success.
  • Develop, lead, and improve Talent reporting and analytics globally including diversity reporting, forecasting, and hiring projections
  • Lead M&A projects from planning to integration with a focus on Talent
  • Engage, build and cultivate relationships across the organization to support Adobe’s strategic business direction in alignment with Adobe's Core Values and Capabilities
  • What you need to succeed

  • 7+ years of demonstrated ability in data analytics, and partnering directly with senior leaders, 2+ years leading teams
  • Advanced skills with data visualization tools (PowerBI and / or Tableau) and experience working with Microsoft Excel or ETL tools to automate, model, and analyze data
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to use data to derive insights from metrics
  • Ability to manage and build strong teams
  • Excellent communication skills : you will need to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, summarize your insights in writing, and produce well-crafted narratives to influence, champion and drive adoption.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication, as well as an extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations
  • Able to adapt to shifting business demands, handle ambiguity, and get results with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading collaborative, multi-functional projects and toggling between strategic and tactical efforts seamlessly in a geographically distributed matrix organization
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and driving results with teammates at all levels
  • Significant project / program management experience related to implementation of new, complex programs, systems and / or processes
  • Previous M&A diligence and integration experience strongly desired
  • BA or BS degree in Business, Statistics, Math, or equivalent field; MBA is a plus
