Exercise employment best practices and facilitate training and development initiatives
Provide HR point of service, administer tools and support employees on all HR policies and procedures
Partner with and advise the leadership team on the resolution of employee relations, corrective action, and performance issues
Partner with and advise the leadership team to develop plans to improve employee retention, succession planning, and overall team morale
Investigate allegations of harassment, discrimination, and violations of company policy
Ensure inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and effective manner according to process and legal timescales with professionalism, fairness and consistency.
Work with employees and leaders to ensure the appropriate administration of leave programs to include FMLA, Workers Compensation, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Personal and Military Leave
Be able to take on HR projects and programs to support the overall business objectives
Help create an environment of positive morale through an open door philosophy
Administration of employee on-boarding and separation processes
Administration of HRIS systems and employment records
Administer statutory and employer sponsored benefits
