The Training and Quality Team Leader oversees a group of Training Specialists and Quality Assurance Agents to assure successful performance, career growth, development, productivity, and quality of work based on individual and organizational needs.
The Training and QA Lead assures that processes are consistent and meeting both external and internal Client expectations.
He / She is responsible for tracking the department’s documents, performing data analysis and measurement, and reporting on operational performance.
The Training and QA Lead must establish standards as well as the evaluation and implementation of new or revised policies and procedures while also handling daily administrative tasks.
