Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.We are looking for mods based in San Jose, Costa Rica who will be handling customer support primarily on calls , chats, and tickets.
This is an office-based role in Escazú San Jose. Project Hours : 24 / 7, 365 daysShifts will be Wednesday - Sunday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST with an hour lunch break Especially Seeking Availability : Wednesday - Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm PST with an hour lunch break Hourly Rate : To be discussed during the interview Commitment : 40 hours per week90 days, as needed Orientation Data : Live orientation - lasts 14-hours and is spread across 3 days (5 hours days 1 and 2, 2 hours on day 3 and then 2 hours shadowing).
