WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
The finance systems administrator will be responsible for administrating and maintaining Anaplan and other finance system applications.
Working closely with the Commissions Team, FP&A, outside consultants and end users, this role will perform a variety of administrative and technical tasks to support Anaplan and other applications.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
Manage Anaplan user provisioning
Provide Level 1 system support and troubleshoot with end users
Maintain documentation for current administration processes
Schedule, execute and monitor month-end and year-end tasks
Perform functional, regression and integration testing
Document test results
Identify gaps and opportunities for automation that will streamline workflows and processes
Maintain system change procedure and change tickets following the change management framework
Create and manage JIRA user stories
Complete regular internal system audits as required by internal and external auditors
Partner with FP&A and Commissions team and provide general support including troubleshooting problems, testing, data analysis, and user training
Evaluate new releases from Anaplan and implement new features
Perform general operational and administrative tasks on other finance systems as trained and assigned
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE :
Advanced MS Excel skills required
Prior system administration experience on Anaplan or other finance systems desired
1+ years of Anaplan experience desired
Anaplan model builder certificate preferred
Prior experiences with Commissions, Business Intelligence, and FP&A tools preferred
Prior experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
BS or BA in Business or Computer Information Management
Analytical problem solver who, is intellectually curious, learns quickly and is excited by using technology to improve business processes
Organized, focused, self-directed, and innovative
Ability to use Excel or other business technologies to perform data reconciliation and troubleshoot general end user issues
Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
