The Medical IS Business Analysis team collaborates with the TE Medical business to identify and implement business process and system solutions which solve business challenges and leverage opportunities.
The team works closely with business leads and SME’s to identify requirements and recommend solutions. They implement enterprise wide systems (e.
g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Syteline) and associated applications across functional areas. Where developments are required, the team works with both users and developers to create a robust and global solution.
The team also develops conversion and system implementation plans, prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation, recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards, coordinates system upgrade activity and trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of systems.

Engage heads of departments / key stakeholders to assess their business priorities and requirements
Roll out ERP system and application changes that support the business - ranging from smalladditions, to entirely new modules and processes
Supervise relevant projects from inception to implementation and subsequent benefits review
Document business requirements, specifications, and convert to actionable technical design specifications.
Ensure all delivered projects and solutions maintain compliance to appropriate quality and regulatory requirements
Understand and optimize other business systems and software in use.
Review, develop and recommend business process improvements
Provide ERP support / troubleshooting as needed
Train users on new system functionality and features
Work with entire Global Application Team to assist on other system projects
Education / Experience :
Experience with ERP in Medical Device manufacturing or similar regulated environment is required.
5 years of experience configuring, or implementing mid to top tier ERP systems
University degree or equivalent work experience in any relevant business area or IT-related field is essential
Experience with ERP / application implementation projects desirable
Experience with database and reporting or BI tools beneficial
