Job description :
The Lead Business Systems Analyst will lead, coordinate, execute, analyze, and manage various reporting activities and tools to support and advancement of Indirect Procurement’s spend, savings and KPI reporting and analytics.
Senior Business Analysts will have experience and understand data architecture complexities, data aggregation / harmonization, accounting and financial credibility, master data best practices, governance and successfully liaison with functional and cross functional team members to solve problems, optimize reporting and drive continuous improvement roadmaps.
Must be a self-starter and relationship builder able to manage timelines and successfully deliver results. This position will support end users within and outside of the organization and may oversee processes managed by others in a matrix organization.
What you will do
Overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
Lead Stryker’s Indirect Procurement (IP) spend, savings and KPI tracking and reporting and analytics capabilities ensuring credibility, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Optimize / Manage Savings tracking tool and process, providing end user support, training, governance, quarterly report out and continuous improvement activities
Manage and advance enterprise spend reporting and underlying processes across a complex network of data sources, facilitating local IP, Finance, and IT collaboration in the validation of data sources, scope of reporting environments as well as delivering automation and expanding data sets to evolve reporting and analytics and spend classification.
Partner with direct procurement and IP category leaders to align single category structure and supplier classification approach to improve spend reporting between direct and indirect and influence PACE enterprise reporting infrastructure project.
Guide and drive the creation of the Coupa data lake, governance, reporting and analytics advancement to establish data security, delivery of customized reporting’s, and advanced IP analytics to support IP sourcing and supplier diversity reporting.
Analyze, align and implement change management to minimize duplicate systems and reports.
Provide robust analytical support to identify sourcing trends, opportunities, challenges, etc. to end users and leaders at all levels of the organization.
Partner with Data Science and IT teams to leverage expertise and adhere to internal process and governance practices.
Manage monthly and quarterly IP metrics, automation and KPI dashboard enablement
Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, etc. to ensure credibility in IP reporting and roadmap
Increase the quality of indirect spend data to enable robust global category management
Ensures compliance with organization’s practices, procedure, and policies.
Possess strong business acumen and communications skills
Leverage experience and judgment to solve technical and process issues with streamlined, user friendly solutions to simplify data collection, processing, analyzing, and reporting.
Knowledge of large-scale business intelligence and data warehousing systems
Creates and maintains system roadmap(s) to meet business goals and system objectives
Multi-tasker not easily overwhelmed by managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced global environment
Delivers strong organizational change management and project management.
What you need
Bachelor’s Degree in international business, procurement, supply chain, IT or related
SharePoint administrator certified or equivalent experience
SQL certified or equivalent experience
Coupa experience a plus
Procurement certification a plus
Project management certified a plus
Qualifications & Experience :
8 + years of relational database design and management, data analytics, data architecture, management PowerBI dashboards / data visualization and SharePoint design and management at multi-national company
Domain experience in indirect procurement analytics and metrics, spend management, SOX and related master data governance
SAP, Oracle, JDE and other ERP systems expertise
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Office 365 / SharePoint Online, SQL, PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, collaborative teamwork, team facilitation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trusting relationships across diverse teams
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management
Experience with organizational change management is preferred
Experience working in an international environment is preferred
Exposure working in or with multiple business functions is preferred
