Position Purpose & Summary The Accounts Receivable Analyst manages the day to day transactions accounting for the individual sale of accounts receivable, default insurance or bulk sales of accounts receivable.
This position ensures the proper internal controls and processes are in place in order to accurately and timely manage and coordinate the movement of cash and the final resolution of payments for the transactions.
In order to accomplish this, this role is the liaison between and coordinates these transactions with the Business Units, Trade and Structured Finance (TSF), Credit and Cash Applications.
Principal Accountabilities 50% - Prepare and coordinate the transactions, ensuring accurate, timely and proper cash flows in all directions as appropriate 50% -
Monitor customer’s payment activity and initiate collections or dispute coordination where necessary.
