Better requires process, discipline, and simplification
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and quality assurance of the marketing campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys thru owned channels globally : email, SMS, app, web.
Your day-to-day activities will include hands-on execution of campaigns via marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Braze).
You will be building customer segments based on defined criteria, setting up, testing, and completing quality assurance for marketing campaigns.
You are expected to promote best practices with regional and local marketing stakeholders as well as constantly explore process improvement opportunities to optimize campaign efficiency and quality.
For such a driven role, you will have a university degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Automation, building / executing marketing campaigns (email / SMS / app / web).
You will be technology orientated and capable to work with multiple Mar Tech tools, you will also have Knowledge of HTML / SQL (preferably intermediate / advanced and Strong knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM) campaign optimization and performance measurement techniques.
A SFMC Email Specialist Certificate is a great advantage (if not in place, it will be required to complete it after joining WU).
Skills such as the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks independently, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities, customer-centric thinking, Fluency in written and spoken English, Excellent MS Excel skills, will help you to succeed in this key role.
