As a Sr. Sales Ops Analyst, you will be providing support to the Renewals Organization by providing detail on the root cause analysis of the main organizational challenges by reviewing in detail the data, coming up with analytical necessary for leaders in the organization to made decision, additional you will be supporting different day to day activities to help maintain accuracy on the pipeline and monitor the health of the business by running data quality reports
Collaborate with Day-to-Day activities related to pipeline clean up and monitoring
Ensure data quality of the business reports
Adjust data quality reports to adjust to any new business needs.
Collaborate with different leaders in the Sales Ops Organization to build necessary reports that help manage, control, and do decision making
Support and drive key elements of the annual planning process for Renewal, including long-range planning, annual planning, commissions, and others.
Perform analysis and develop new processes / tools in support of SBU functional teams such as Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Partnering, and Sales Enablement
Resolution of customer requests related to data analysis and reporting
Extract and analyze data from Vmware tools such as Tableau, Excel, SQL, SAP BOBJ, SFDC and others.
Documentation of process steps associated with report management
Utilize existing documentation, websites, and Vmware tools to address data and reporting request
Work on improving different business processes, using six sigma approach and continue process improvement mentality.
Over +4 years of experience with business operations, reporting or finance
Experience with technology, enterprise software, services, or SaaS business ideal model
Excellent analytical and modeling skills with the ability to create business insights from data bases such as excel, tableau, SFDC, SAP BOBJ, SQL, etc.
Strong communication skills including articulate written and verbal communication
Proven experience building and improving operations and processes
Self-starter, accountable and strong attention to detail
Highly organized and comfortable with multi-tasking
Collaborative with the ability to influence without authority and to work well across various BUs and functional areas within Vmware
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Visio
Candidate should be proficient in at least 2 of the following technologies, Microsoft SQL, SAP Business Objects (BOBJ), Tableau or Reports for SFDC
